Creality Spider hot end is a high performance, high temperature and high flow hot end. It consist of a copper heat break, titanium screws mounting the heater block, a longer melting zone and improved heat dissipation. All of this adds up to higher printing temperatures and faster printing speed.Key Feature’s:- The Creality Spider Hotend Pro titanium alloy screws were used to reduce the thermal conductivity by 30%, which can reduce the transfer of heat from the heating zone to the heat dissipation zone and ensure smooth feeding.- The all metal hotend heat break and heat sink are a perfect fit to avoid pressure between them, and the strength is upgraded to extend the life of the hotend. The heat block adopts a split design to reduce heat transfer and improve heat dissipation efficiency.- The ender 3 hotend heat break is made of titanium and copper alloys which perfectly fit with each other, and 0.2mm thin wall thickness for excellent thermal insulation. The heat block and nozzle are made of copper alloy, and roughness of Ra0.3 on the inner wall of the nozzle to improve print quality.- Small and exquisite external size with modular standard interface design and universal standard nozzle.
